Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
if you received the leather rolled it should be retuned rolled.
if you received the jacket in a box it should be returned in a box.
once item is received back we can exchange within 3 days or refund within 7 days .
We only exchange or fix a customized order , we do not refund for a made to order item .
Within 14 days of order confirmation.We accept returns and exchanges if you get in touch with us within 14 days of your purchase. Contact us via the form on our website to receive instructions and initiate the refund process.Items must be shipped back to us only after contacting us and within 30 days of the purchase.
We do not accept cancellations. But please get in touch with us for any problem regarding your order.
No return items
Because of their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items can't be returned or exchanged:

- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

- Items on sale
